These were taken from a series of 1 minute long tracks I put out on Instagram. Featured here for those that missed them over there or wanted to download them.


They are all based loosely on the concept of lack of sleep and were written and recorded in the early hours due to my son being awake. In fact a lot of the strange voices you hear on the tracks are him chatting away quite merrily at somewhere between 2AM and 5AM.
